The benefits of Superfood Powders

Written By Gracie

If you are into healthy eating then you would probably have heard about these superfoods: maca, baobab, spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass and acai. There are more, but I have chosen to focus on these 6 because they are the ones I regularly use. All these superfood powders are becoming more and more famous because of the endless health benefits that come with eating them, so I decided I would break it down and make it simple to understand the benefits of each one. All my facts below are based purely on research.

I love adding them to my smoothies in the morning and if you follow us on twitter you may see the odd picture of us making the powders into liquid shots. We love using Organic Burst and Naturya powders.
