- 2 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- 5 Medjool Dates
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ Tsp All Spice
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4-6 Cardamom pods (de-husk and use the seeds)
- ¾ Tsp Ground Ginger
- Large Handful of oats or ¼ cup ground almonds (Optional)
- Peel and chop your banana. Cut the dates in half and remove the stones. Cut the cardamom pods in half de-husk and remove the seeds. Then add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse to begin with, then blend on a high speed until all ingredients are fully broken down and it has a smooth creamy consistency. Serve straight away and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and Enjoy!
NB. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste, this recipe is easily adaptable.
