Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of Broccoli, chopped into mini heads
  • 3 cloves of smashed Garlic
  • Herbs: thyme, rosemary and paprika
  • Olive oil

Directions

1) Put the broccoli in a roasting tin, sprinkle all the herbs over and pour over the olive oil.  Throw in the garlic and mix it to make sure that the broccoli heads are covered evenly.

2) Roast for around 30 minutes at 200°C, mixing it occasionally to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Enjoy on it’s own, as a part of a salad or a side to any main dish.
