1. Squirrel Sisters Snack Bars

Our bars have launched and we couldn’t be happier. After months of perfecting the recipes, working with suppliers to coordinate packaging (and all sorts of other things we didn’t even realise brands had to think about)…the bars are finally ready to be eaten by you!!

Our bars are available to buy in Wholefoods and Planet Organic as well as being sold on our website ( and they will be available in lots of other stores over the coming weeks. We will also be featured in lots of healthy subscription boxes like LifeBox and online food markets and have just become available at Barrecore (a fitness company that have studios in Chiswick, Chelsea, Kensington, Hampstead and Mayfair).

Our bars are innovative in format, beautifully packaged (thanks to Ian Watts) and first and foremost delicious….as well as being made with 100% natural ingredients of the highest quality. Our bars are sold with two sticks per pack because we know how important portion control is to our consumers, but we also wanted to promote sharing. Our bars fit in with a number of lifestyles such as paleo, gluten-free, vegan and they are 100% raw. They can be eaten any time of the day; pre/post workout, for breakfast, the snack between meals, after dinner as a healthy pudding- they are the perfect guilt-free treat!

2. Drink Maple

This refreshing drink is absolutely delicious and is 100% maple water. It only contains one ingredient but has an amazing 46 nutrients. Here is the list of incredible benefits:

  • It’s naturally hydrating
  • Low in sugar (contains half the sugar of coconut water)
  • Rich in minerals (particularly calcium)
  • High in magnesium (a powerful antioxidant that could help with thyroid health and blood sugar control)
  • Organic acid (malic acid, which may help with muscle soreness and reduce fatigue)
  • Nutrient rich (minerals, polyphenols, antioxidants, electrolytes and prebiotics)
  • It’s Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and non-GMO

For those that aren’t sure of what maple water is… it is literally the water that is produced by a maple tree. During the long winter, the sap in maple trees collects nutrients from the soil. When spring comes to Vermont and the days grow warm, the sap starts to run, delivering nutrients and vitality to the tree. That’s when they collect the sap straight from maple trees. In the process, no trees are harmed.

3. Scentered Balms

Their philosophy- Scentered recognises the very unique and varied pressures on women today, and the daily balancing acts that so many face. Stress levels are at their peak, and time-poor women are juggling an ever-growing number of roles. Through the introduction of the Stop. Inhale. Reset.ritual at the heart of the brand, Scentered allows you to take a moment for yourself, reset your mood and transform the way you feel, breathing renewed positivity into a busy lifestyle.

These balms are so good and available in five wellbeing categories, each with a combination of active ingredients specifically selected to target a variety of lifestyle concerns, from lack of focus to fatigue. All the ingredients they use are of the finest quality, 100% natural and therapeutic grade essential oils, harnessing the natural power of plants to restore lifestyle balance naturally.

4. Soupologie Soups

With all this cold weather and lack of sunshine soup is the answer. It’s so convenient if you don’t have much time and a great way to get your five-a-day. Soupologie’s soups are vegan, low carb, low cal and often come with special ingredients like spirulina (high in protein), amaranth (gluten free grain that’s high in calcium) and black garlic (super high in antioxidants) so they are pretty amazing and also very delicious! They have a great range of flavours to choose from so definitely check them out.

Not only are Primrose’s products packed full of amazing flavours, but they are also packed full of amazing health benefits. Primrose includes ingredients in her products that you might associate more with lunch or dinner such as beetroot and carrot…she wanted create a versatile health food that tasted great and could be eaten as a healthy snack whatever time of the day. We are absolutely loving the raw beetroot and ginger muesli at the moment, which contains gluten free oats with fresh beetroot and zingy ginger, balanced with a combination of nuts and seeds as well as extra love in the form of psyllium husks and hemp seeds. There are lots of other products available including granola, superfood smoothie boosters and nut and seed butters all delicious and also beautifully packaged!
