Gingerbread Smoothie

Ever wondered what Christmas tastes like? Now you can find out with our delicious Christmas Gingerbread Smoothie. Indulgent and deliciously nutritious.


  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 5 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ Tsp All Spice
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4-6 Cardamom pods (de-husk and use the seeds)
  • ¾ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • Large Handful of oats or ¼ cup ground almonds (Optional)



  • Peel and chop your banana. Cut the dates in half and remove the stones. Cut the cardamom pods in half de-husk and remove the seeds. Then add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Pulse to begin with, then blend on a high speed until all ingredients are fully broken down and it has a smooth creamy consistency. Serve straight away and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and Enjoy!


NB. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste, this recipe is easily adaptable.
