It’s so important to refuel after an intense workout. Your body needs something that will rehydrate, replenish nutrients, repair damaged muscle tissue and restore lost electrolytes.
So I have come up with a high-protein smoothie that is packed full of nutrients and vitamins to restore any damage caused by exercising.
N.B: You will need a blender
- 1 x Avocado
- 1 x Banana
- 1/4 x Cucumber
- 1/2 x Cup of almond milk
- 2 x Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 x Tbsp Rice protein powder
- 1/2 x Cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 x Juice of 1 lemon
1) Simply put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
