10 WAYS TO GET YOUR BUZZ BACK AT WORK & IN LIFE

How to get your buzz back in business and life… 💫 
I don’t know about you but sometimes I find  it hard to keep the momentum up at level 100 all the time. Sometimes I just don’t feel it; I feel flat and ideas and energy don’t come easily. 
This doesn’t happen often and when it does it doesn’t last for long but that’s because I think I’ve come up with a way of dealing with it, that works for me. I wanted to share the things that work for me for those that might be interested.
If I get these feelings I let myself take a break- whether that’s for 30 minutes or the whole day. A change of scenery and routine can really help boost and alter your mood for the better. Treating your health isn’t just about what you eat…
10 things to get your buzz back (in no particular order):
🌳 Step away from computer and go for a walk - take in the surroundings. 
👯‍♀️ Go to see a friend for a coffee and catch up. 
📚 Sit on the bed with an inspiring book. 
🎧 Listen to a motivating podcast. I’m a huge fan of the Diary of a CEO and Holly Tuckers Conversations of Inspiration. 
🏃‍♀️ Do some exercise/get outside and move. I love running and Pilates.
🛀🏽 Enjoy a bath with some magnesium salts and essential oils. Breathe in the scents. 
☕️ Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a snack in a quiet place or your garden (if you have one).  
💻 If somethings bothering you or you’ve received a rude or disappointing email talk it through with a friend or family member. Someone you trust. A problem shared is a problem halved. 
🧖‍♀️ Have a pamper session- I love skincare and love taking time in the morning or evening to give myself a home facial using my Gua Sha and oils. I find it so meditative. 
🧘‍♀️ Meditate! Lie on your bed, put some headphones on with relaxing music and zone out. Visualise yourself feeling energised.
