GREEN SMOOTHIE
Fight off the January sniffles with this Vitamin C packed immune boosting green smoothie.
(Serves 1-2 People)
Ingredients:
- A large handful of washed spinach leaves
- 1 Banana
- Peeled Thumb Sized Piece of Ginger
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Peeled Orange
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 1 Cup Water
Method:
- Prepare all fresh ingredients then add to a blender.
- Add the flax seeds to blender and pour in the water.
- Blend until all ingredients are combined and it has a smooth texture. Serve up and enjoy!
N.B. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste, this recipe is easily adaptable.
