Try our favourite smoothie recipes for yourselves...
• 1 x banana
• 1/2 x cup of frozen raspberries
• 1/4 x cup of frozen mango

• 1/4 avocado
• Soya milk (about 1 x cup but you may need to add more or less depending on the consistency you prefer).
• 1 x tbsp of collagen or protein powder.
